tick tock
cuckoo
clock nailed
to the
wall, hands
frozen
in an
upside
down smile,
but you
still can
hear the
tock tick
of the
coo clock
like the
unbeat
of the
heart

(I wrote this back in college as an assignment for class. Not my best poem, but I still like the tick tock rhythm of it.)
